概要

One critical approach for Japan-headquartered companies aiming to regain their competitiveness in the global market is to increase the number of Japanese employees who can work effectively on the global stage. In this session, the North American and European panelists will draw on their long experience of working with and for Japanese companies to shed some light on to how this can be achieved. What are the issues facing Japanese business people looking to work across national borders? What is expected of them? What is necessary? The discussion will take in these, and other, areas.
